During this time of quarantine, I'm sure we are all sitting around looking like Oscar the grouch by the eyebrows. We are all in desperate need for a little eyebrow grooming. I, however, have not been to get my eyebrows done in years. So, I've got a tutorial here for you for my go to grooming and eyebrow routine. There are so many different techniques and styles. When you are just starting out, you want to find a more natural way to do you brows that it doesn't make you look like you have just taken a permanent marker to face and look like one of the angry birds.
